Professionalism and Business Etiquette: Keys to Intentional Success.

Christie Crump, president of Administrative Professional Services & Solutions, will lead a discussion on embodying professionalism inside and out.  We will eliminate generational criticisms, and examine how to apply standards of professionalism to any situation.

We will discuss:

  • What it means to be professional from the inside out - attitude and demeanor, walking the talk, personal accountability, delivering on commitments, being part of the solution, and forming a personal mission statement
  • How to communicate professionalism through attire, body language, and eye contact
  • How to master business etiquette for e-mails and cell phones, meeting attendance and behavior, and the impact of company culture and expectations
